Methods to Add Applications
1. Browser Extension (Recommended)
The fastest way to save jobs while browsing:
- Install the Oplinque Browser Extension from the Chrome Web Store
- Browse to any job posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Click the "Save to Oplinque" button that appears
- Extension can extract job details using AI
- Review the extracted information
- Click Create Application to save
The extension works with many major job boards and can detect job posting pages.
2. Quick Add
Add an application manually in seconds:
- Click the + Add Application button in the top navigation
- Enter the Company Name and Job Title
- Click Create - you can add more details later
3. From a Job URL
If you have the job posting URL:
- Paste the job posting URL in the URL field
- Click Extract Details
- Oplinque will auto-fill company, title, and description using AI
- Review and adjust as needed
- Click Save
